By accessing and using CloudEco's lead generation and online advertising services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Description of Service

CloudEco provides advanced lead generation and online advertising services designed to help businesses identify, target, and acquire qualified leads through various digital marketing channels. Our services include:

  • AI-powered lead targeting and qualification
  • Multi-channel advertising campaign management
  • Social network integration and management
  • Lead generation analytics and reporting
  • Custom advertising strategy development

3. Service Qualification and Approval

CloudEco reserves the right to review and approve all service requests. Not all businesses may qualify for our services. Qualification criteria include but are not limited to:

  • Business legitimacy and legal compliance
  • Minimum budget requirements
  • Industry compatibility with our service offerings
  • Commitment to ethical marketing practices

4. Pricing and Payment Terms

Our lead generation services are priced on a per-qualified-lead basis, typically ranging from $40 to $60 per lead, depending on the advertising channel, industry, and volume requirements. Enterprise custom pricing is available for high-volume clients.

  • Payment terms are net 30 days from invoice date
  • All prices are subject to change with 30 days written notice
  • Refunds are provided only for leads that do not meet agreed-upon qualification criteria
  • Setup fees may apply for custom implementations

5. Lead Quality and Guarantees

CloudEco guarantees that all delivered leads meet the qualification criteria agreed upon in your service agreement. We define qualified leads as prospects who:

  • Meet your specified demographic and firmographic criteria
  • Have expressed genuine interest in your products or services
  • Have provided accurate contact information
  • Are reachable and responsive to initial contact attempts

6. Client Responsibilities

As a CloudEco client, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate information about your business and target market
  • Respond to leads in a timely and professional manner
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your marketing activities
  • Maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary information shared by CloudEco
  • Provide feedback on lead quality to help improve our services

7. Data Privacy and Protection

CloudEco is committed to protecting the privacy and security of all data collected and processed through our services. We comply with applicable data protection laws and maintain strict security measures to protect client and lead information.

8. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in CloudEco's platform, technology, and methodologies remain the exclusive property of CloudEco. Clients are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use our services during the term of their agreement.

9. Limitation of Liability

CloudEco's liability for any claims arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for services in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with 30 days written notice. CloudEco reserves the right to terminate services immediately for breach of these terms or for any illegal or unethical use of our services.

11. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Texas.

12. Changes to Terms

CloudEco reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes via email at least 30 days before the changes take effect.

14. Severability

These Terms of Service constitute the entire agreement between you and CloudEco regarding the use of our services and supersede all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral.
